格拉顿研究所(Grattan Institute)的《住房可负担性:重塑澳洲梦》报告称,未来10年,澳洲需要建设至少5万套住房,才能确保房价下降5%到20%。

“我们急需处理这个问题,改革规划和审批流程。我们需要各级政府参与并实施变革,”澳洲房地产研究所(REIA)与阿德莱德银行总裁冈宁(Malcolm Gunning)说道。

研究所的数据显示,平均月供占家庭收入比例上涨了1.3%至31.6%。

由于首置业者在业主总数里占了逾四分之一的比例,新的房贷数量也增加至30,894笔,创八年来的新高。
